Questions and Prayer Sample

QUESTION 1: What was the big that God gave Noah to do?

ANSWER: God told Noah to build a big boat (ark) for all the animals and his family.

QUESTION 2: Why did God tell Noah to build the ark?

ANSWER: Because he was going to send a big flood, and he wanted to save Noah and his family and 2 of each kind of animal.

QUESTION 3: After God gave Noah his very big job to do, what did Noah do?

ANSWER: He got busy and built the boat. Did Noah go play first? (Shake head no) No. Did Noah complain or make excuses? No. Noah listened to God, and he obeyed God.

QUESTION 4: How did Noah know how to make the boat?

ANSWER: God told him. And, just like God told Noah, God will tell you how he wants you to do your jobs too. All you have to do is ask him. God is your helper.

QUESTION 5 : Did Noah quit building when it got hard?

ANSWER: No...that's right. Noah kept going even though it took him a long, long time - Noah didn't quit (Shake your head no.) And, God will help us finish the jobs he gives us too. When you need help, just ask God. He will give you the strength and energy to keep going. He will help you finish the job.

Thank you for giving me special jobs to do,

Thank you for showing me how to do them.

Thank you for helping me do my jobs.

Thank you for loving me so much and helping me obey you.

Please help me to always listen to you and obey you.
